Orders are sent within 3 working days, usually within 24 hours of purchase, with the exception of made-to-order items or those you have requested be altered. Please see the Made-to-Order page for more information.
Overseas orders remain unaffected by the Royal Mail strikes as they are sent by Airsure.

My postage and packing cost to
anywhere in the UK is £2.00 (£4.00 on international orders) or free if
you spend £50 or more. Please ensure that you choose the free shipping
option to receive this benefit! UK orders will be sent by Special
Delivery and international orders by Airsure. UK Special Delivery orders that are received before 10am Monday-Friday
will also have a next-day delivery. Orders are sent within

Orders shipping outside of the EU
must have a customs form attached which will clearly state the contents
and value of what is inside. It is the customer's responsibility to pay
any additional fees incurred.
Packaging
All
of my jewellery is wrapped securely in tissue paper, placed inside a
presentation box or bag and then posted in padded envelopes or sturdy
boxes. Some of the latter may be recycled. If you wish, I can also
include information on the materials used, for example, information
about the gemstone properties. Please let me know if you wish this to
be included.
Returns
I
obviously want you to be happy with your jewellery purchases! I take
every possible care to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely, but
if there has been damage caused in transit please contact me within 3
days. If you do not instantly fall in love with your jewellery please
contact me within 3 days to organise its return and a refund. I regret
that I cannot offer refunds on earrings for health and safety reasons.
Bespoke items (ie those made to a requested size or with requested stones) may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Daisychain jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months. In the unlikely event that your jewellery requires repair within 12 months of purchase then please contact me immediately to organise it's free repair or replacement. Repairs can usually be carried out after this time but a small charge will be made to cover the repairs and shipping.
If you require any alterations to your jewellery then please contact me within a month of purchase to organise this. There is no cost for resizing jewellery (bangles excluded) but there will be a charge to cover shipping.
Any problems with your jewellery must be reported to me within the times stated above otherwise I will not be obligated to repair, resize or refund. In addition to this, all jewellery returned to me for repair, resize or refund must be returned with care in its original packaging and must be sent via Special Delivery or the international equivalent.
Workshops
I
am only able to offer refunds on workshop fees if someone else replaces
you on the course or I have to cancel the course. If you are unable to
attend a workshop you have booked a place on then please let me know as
soon as possible.
