An all day sterling silver workshop suitable for those with some experience of working with wire - as long as you've used a pair of round nosed pliers to turn eyeloops before you'll be fine, I'll take you through everything step by step! And if you haven't made eyeloops before, take a look at the free tutorial I've written for them.
This workshop will teach you how to make sterling silver chains that you will then use to create your own unique piece of jewellery. You will also be taught how to make your own findings such as head pins, earwires and clasps, and will use semi-precious and lampwork beads in your designs if you wish. You will also take home with you information sheets covering the points discussed during the day.
The photos show examples of the styles of jewellery that this workshop will cover. The price includes practise wire, sterling silver wire in various gauges and £5 worth of good quality beads, both lampwork and semi-precious. Equipment and refreshments are provided but please bring your own lunch!
