Made-to-Order Items

Daisychain Jewellery orders are sent out within working 3 days of purchase, usually within 24 hours of purchase, unless alterations have been requested. I will always keep you informed of dispatch times. Please be aware that if you pay by cheque I have to wait for it to clear.

Made-to-order items will obviously take longer than this to dispatch to you as I will make them to your requirements when you order. Items that do not require hallmarking are usually dispatched withing 5-7 working days unless I have added extra information on the front page of the website - this only happens at the busiest times of year, for example Christmas.

Made-to-order items that do require hallmarking (bangles, cuffs and other larger pieces of jewellery) can take up to 3 weeks for dispatch due to the length of time required for the hallmarking process. However, most items are sent out sooner than this and I try to keep a stock of bangles in the most popular sizes.

Please do contact me if you wish more information on current dispatch times or if you need something urgently - I will always do my very best to ensure you get that last-minute present on time!

Remember that all items can be sent to the recipient's address with a personal message if requested at checkout.
